Katina Cabiness is a woman of GOD who extends so much of herself to meet the needs of others.  She was reared in the Church of GOD in Christ.  Because of this upbringing, she has been able to play significant roles in other denominations while operating with a Kingdom mindset.  Katina is a highly sought after psalmist who has received numerous invitations to sing and share the stage with national recording artists, local churches and other communities. 
Katina had a record deal with Warner Brothers and was offered many other record deals with other labels for R&B.  She realized that her personal plan wasn't GOD’s plan but knows that she is living according to Jeremiah 29:11.  She faithfully serves on the Music Ministry at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church in Macon, GA where her husband, Reverend Christopher E. Cabiness, serves as pastor. 
Katina is also the perfect example of LIVE-LOVE-LAUGH.  She has the ability to connect with everyone she meets.  Katina embodies warmth that draws people to her from all walks of life.  She utilizes her many gifts from God to enable her to be an even more effective witness for the Kingdom of God.  She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated where she volunteers to mentor young women at the local Macon Youth Detention Center. 
Katina is not only a much sought after psalmist but she is also a gifted actor.  She was selected for one of the lead roles in “Big Mamma’s Prayer”, a stage play starring national recording sensation, Ann Nesbit.  Katina has also acted in the stage play, “Christmas through the Eyes of a Child” where she was selected for one of the lead roles.  Katina has a passion for empowering women through the Word of God.  She has served as the keynote speaker for various women’s conferences and seminars.  She has also been able
